Activities at Buck Horn Creek
The Buck Horn Creek Ranch is a sportsman's paradise. The ranch comprises 4,000 acres of prime game land. The Ranch has a wildlife biologist on staff who manages the land and the game to make sure they are healthy and well-nourished. We produce some of the biggest bucks you will find anywhere. Due to our careful management, the Ranch has obtained an MLD issued by Texas Parks and Wildlife, permitting us to extend our hunting season and harvest a larger number of deer each year.
The Ranch is surrounded by eleven lakes, and the scenic Buck Horn Creek runs through the property. The lakes are stocked for fishing, and there is a wide variety and abundance of waterfowl and migratory birds year-round. In addition to hunting and shooting, guests can entertain themselves on guided wildlife tours, fishing, bird watching, or hiking on the over five miles of designated hiking trails on the property.
Hunting
The ranch is comprised of 4,000 acres of prime game land. We produce some of the biggest whitetail bucks you will find anywhere, as well as Axis, Black Buck, Red Stag, Waterbuck, Scimitar-Horned Oryx, Gemsbok, Nilgai, Blesbok, Sable, Fallow, Eland, Impala, Addax, Zebra, Kudu, Javelina, Hogs, Turkey, and Dove.
Hunting Packages and Pricing
All hunting packages include lodging for 2 nights, 3 meals and appetizers daily, beverages, and an open bar for guests over 21. Also includes skinning and quartering of your harvest.

No-kill fee is $1,000 per hunter for a 2-day hunt.

The Ranch is a sportsman's paradise. In addition to hunting, we also have sporting clays and target shooting, wildlife tours, fishing, games, and more.
Fishing
The Ranch's eleven lakes are stocked for fishing, and there is also a fishing pier for guests. Anglers can catch bass, perch, catfish, and alligator gar.
Skeet, Trap, and Sporting Clays
The Buck Horn Creek Ranch offers a picturesque setting for competitive shooting and target practice. Guests or groups can choose among the following shooting options:

The Ranch is also a fantastic venue for your group’s skeet competition or fundraiser.
Wildlife Tours and Photo Safaris
